Edits here apply to this send only. To change a template's standard wording (including automatic follow-ups), use the Emails tab.

Automatic follow-ups

Switched-on rules run every 15 minutes. Nobody gets more than one automatic email every 3 days, and paused or dropped testers are skipped. Every message shows on the tester's timeline.

Recent feedback

Newest first. Failures and blocks are highlighted. 🤖 marks findings from bot personas (see Bot testing).

Bot testing

Every week three bot personas, picked at random, walk the tester scenarios through the real system: set up a session, plan it with Tater, join as participants, talk at tables, ask Tater, run polls and word clouds, and wrap up. An AI reviewer judges Tater's answers. Findings show here and, marked 🤖, in the Testers summary.

Export bugs

One clean, de-duplicated list of open bugs, most severe first, with evidence. Paste it into Claude Code to have the bugs fixed. Mark items fixed or ignored below to drop them from the next export.

Run now

Pick up to 3 personas, or none for a random 3. A run takes about 10–20 minutes.

Emails

Sender details

Shown in the footer of every email. A postal address is required by law (CAN-SPAM) on announcements; a PO box or registered agent address is fine.

The wording of every email Tater sends, in the branded layout with the Tater logo. Changes apply to the next send (within a minute). {{fields}} are filled in for each recipient; Reset to original restores the built-in text. Subscription links are added to the footer automatically.
